Doing Pilates at Home is for anyone who wants to learn how to do Pilates Mat exercises, but is especially designed for anyone who is just starting off and wants to learn the fundamentals before attending classes at a studio.

Doing Pilates at Home is the perfect option for you if you’re busy and can’t seem to find the time to get to a studio as much as you would like to (Or need to) go.
- Why would I pay to join this community when I can just watch free pilates videos on YouTube?
Of course, there are plenty of free videos on YouTube. However, looking for a high-quality video at your level of fitness can be time consuming.
When you join this community, you will save yourself time because you won’t have to waste time looking for something at your level of fitness, your preferred length, or your preferred style because you know that you know that you will always get a quality Pilates workout with Jennifer’s videos.
Plus, as a founding member, you will be able to suggest content, ensuring that the community contains what you want and need. In other words, everything you need will all be right there in the community!

- What is your cancellation policy?
As a founding member, you do not have to commit for more than a month at time, so cancel at any time.
- Do you offer refunds?
As a founding member, you are receiving this membership at a discounted price. For these reason, at only pennies a day, there are no refunds. However, you can cancel your membership at anytime.
- How often are new videos released?
New videos will be released released weekly-ish.
- How long is each Pilates video?
The Pilates challenge videos are 5-10 minutes in length. Other videos are generally approximately 25 minutes in length. Longer may be added in the future if the community would like them.
- What equipment do I need to do these exercises at home?
For the most part, you don’t need any special equipment. However, using props can add benefits to the exercises. Jennifer does use props in many of the videos.These props are low-cost and can be found online or at a major department store. These props include Pilates Rings, therabands, light hand weights, stability/exercise balls, foam rollers, etc.
- How much time do I need to dedicate to get the full experience of Doing Pilates at Home?
You get out what you put in. To get the most benefits,you want to do Pilates regularly. With that said, Joseph Pilates recommended four times a week, and he also said “at least 10 minutes a day.”
- What results can I expect from Doing Pilates at Home? If you participate in Doing Pilates at Home regularly, you can expect to:
- Improve the connection between your mind and body by getting them to work in conjunction, not opposition, to each other
- Improve posture by increasing core strength
- Reduce your risk for injury by promoting muscular endurance and flexibility
- Enhance your overall body composition (lose fat and increase muscle mass) through regular practice
- Maintain your spine health by strengthening muscles in the back and increasing awareness of alignment
- Tone, and as a result, you may be able to fit into those jeans in the back of your closet or wear your belt a little smaller
